the hotel has modern and spacious rooms. the staff are pleasant (they always are!).
the air conditioning in my room was noisy and hard to adjust. it sounded like a long flight. i also found it too hot in the room (even in january!).

The breakfast selection was excellent! i especially liked the variety and freshness. The chef made omelets exactly how i wanted them. super nice team. They quickly assisted me with my luggage and gave awesome directions.
The gym was somewhat disappointing. It had limited equipment, just a couple of treadmills and some free weights. the parking fee felt unexpected! i wasn't told about it at check-in, annoying.

The room had a big bed, and there was both a bath and a car park, useful.
The restaurant service was terrible. I waited 45 minutes for my main course after the kids received their meals. The food quality was crap and burnt, and it was not worth the wait.

the family room had ample space i appreciated the beds' really good comfort the breakfast selection offered a great variety of choices it seemed like a real treat. i found the restaurant's food quality excellent especially the dinner options i also benefited from a complimentary upgrade to a double/double room it added a layer of unexpected luxury. the staff's friendliness made my stay particularly nice the rooms were indeed very quiet contributing to a restful experience
the check-in process experienced delays as only one staff member handled guest arrivals it was a slight inconvenience after a long journey

amazing staffbedroom fanreception control
The staff were amazing with my food intolerances. That was appreciated.
The fan in the bedroom wouldn't switch off. It kept me awake at midnight. i had to ring reception. They were very helpful and switched it off from downstairs, but if i needed it back on, i would have had to ring them back to control it. i couldn't control the fan myself.
